Services & pricing

Three steps, and you can stop at any one.

No packages you have to decode. No quote that takes a week. Here is exactly what each one costs and what you get.

1. Google Listing Rescue — $399, done in 72 hours

The starting point. Most companies find out here that their listing has been quietly costing them jobs for a year or more.

  • Google Business Profile claimed, verified, and cleaned up: categories, services, hours, service area, photos
  • Your name, address, and phone made consistent across Google, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, and Apple Maps
  • A review system installed: a short link, a QR code, printed request cards, and a ready-to-send text saved on your phone
  • A plain-English page showing what was broken and what I changed
  • A fifteen-minute walkthrough so your dispatcher can run it

If your listing isn't measurably better in 30 days, you get the $399 back. If you move up to a monthly plan within 14 days, the full $399 comes off your setup cost.

2. Foundation — $249 a month, plus $750 setup

This is “the internet is handled” for a working company. About the cost of one small job a month.

  • A four or five page website: home, services, reviews, about, contact — click-to-call on every page, built mobile-first and fast
  • Hosting, domain, SSL, and backups, all included in the monthly
  • Listing kept current: checked weekly, one post a month with a real job photo
  • A monthly review campaign — you text me ten customers, the requests go out
  • Up to 30 minutes of site edits each month
  • A one-page report on the 1st: calls, direction requests, site visits, new reviews. No jargon.

Three-month commitment to start, because the setup is real work. Month to month after that.

3. Automation — $499 a month, plus $500 setup

Everything in Foundation, plus the parts that recover work you are losing right now. For a courier or a mover, a missed call is not a voicemail. It is a job.

  • Missed-call text-back. A call goes unanswered and your customer gets a text within 30 seconds, from your number, asking what they need.
  • Quote follow-up. Three touches over two weeks on every open quote. Most companies lose more jobs to silence than to price.
  • After-hours answering. Knows your services, routes genuine emergencies to your cell, takes a message on everything else. It never books a job without a human confirming.

What I don't sell

Being straight about this saves us both time.

  • Paid ad management. Results ride on your ad budget and the blame lands on me. Not a good trade for either of us.
  • Social media posting. Your customers are not scrolling Instagram. They are on Google at 4:45 on a Friday with a pickup that has to happen today.
  • Custom software and apps. That is real project work at real project prices, not something to bury inside a monthly plan.
